I generally play games like Sc2/Dota2/LoL to improve my skills at them and Dota has a serious lack of tangible progression as a player. | ||

Make your goal to have a team of people who aren't horrible, can learn from each other and don't go apeshit insane on each other when you lose 10 games in a row. Suddenly you have a goal that's hard to reach again. =P | ||

Then you add some TL guys and you pray that you find enough among all those to get 5 people who get along for -cm.
