I spoke to everyone. And I did have a long talk about. And we decided that we believe more in a all swedish team, and that has to do with language, but also with synergy. You've done a lot for this team, and sure you have invested a lot, but so has everyone else. Thnx for everything uve done, and for helping us grow as players. And I know for sure that u will find a new team, u are the best at what you do, and I think we have helped u grow as a player aswell. Now u can do anything, and a lot of players will play with you. That's not particularly surprising given his recent in-game performance.
He is likely to be picked up by some NA team fairly rapidly though. (Maybe fnatic.NA since they have no members currently and he's a proven captain).

Personally, I think it will likely wind up being GOOD for Envy in the long-run as long as Envy remains persistent.
Definitely a strange decision by nth, especially with the logic of "Envy or loda." impression that I get from Akke's statement. Loda has been team-hopping like mad for a while, I don't know if nth will manage to stay together for long unless they pick up their performance dramatically and are able to grab a new fifth instantly. (Whatever happened to rexi? Isn't he swedish?)

The problem is at the 'recent' though.
Again we brought this up after TI2: teams are splitting up way too early due to 1 or 2 small internal conflicts. Instead of trying to solve the problem and work as a team, most teams choose to break up instead due to the lack of higher level management/leadership.
I have never been a big fan of Enternal Envy but I know enough to tell that he is pretty much what make NTH what it is today. The drafter decided the team style and strat and changing a drafter of a dota team is like cutting a head off a snake. Yeah you could find a replacement but that gona be a new team, not the old NTH no more.
Prediction: Maelk-> NTH, Envy -> EG.

envy in qpad could be a potential great fit, envy is very dedicated and looks for a team who trains alot i remember sing rating that quite highly. If he gets a trial there i'd be very interested to see the potential

Why do none of your melee heroes have stout shield as their starting items?
well I found clockwerk has it, but riki without stout is a tragedy. Nightstalker more situational, but I'd put it on starting over gauntlets any day.

starting gauntlets is a bad idea on ns except for side lane, also quelling blade in mid lane is really greedy, against many strong mid heroes played well you will not have a fun time.
tango and 3 branch (2 if you're confident) to bottle rush. this way you can stay in lane more often with the void spam and bottle crow.

I think Axe has one too.
Depends on the hero. I've only done Str. and half of Agi. I skipped most I wasn't as comfortable with as I am with these.
starting gauntlets is a bad idea on ns except for side lane, also quelling blade in mid lane is really greedy, against many strong mid heroes played well you will not have a fun time.
I noted the potential unimportance of quelling blade on Night Stalker. However, you can't visually show it sadly ):
