It seems in games I've played him at my level this ability is pretty broken. Its basicly a free ward wherever you want, provided you have basic map awareness. This then leads to you and your team being able to easily take apart the enermy. I could be completely wrong, but it seems to me that vision in the lower levels is worth more then in the higher levels. How do you overcome the fact that beastmaster's team can usually see the enermy's team for basicly free?

Chinese DotA 2 probably won't have the requisite number of championships until the game gets bigger (need public beta, if not the full release). They also lost in G-1. Even if they win everything from here until TI3, I'm not sure there's enough stuff for them to win to hit 10. If you count DotA 1 stuff, they've got last season's G-League, TI2, ACE, and WCG (I suppose you could count WCG China and WCG Grand Finals as 2 separate events, but I don't think that really counts). Even if they win G-League this season, that's only 5. They'd have 4-5 months to win 5 championships--that's cutting it pretty close. All the more so because even if ACE miraculously announced that they're starting in April, it runs long enough that it wouldn't finish before the 1 year mark.

Not to mention that i want to see the western and chinese scenes branch into eachother. (Chinese casters covering western events and vice versa, something like BTS, i think it's important for the growth of the scene) I wonder when the growth of DotA 2 hits a plateau.

I meant in terms of showing a similar kind of dominance (though EHOME had much stronger competition). Frankly, whether it's 8 or 9 or 10 wins isn't such a big deal in the end. I don't see why it would not become a hit in China. It's just a matter of time. The top teams already switched.
