Making them wait will only kill down their hype for the game and that's not good when that's where the big #s are. I know China still has to settle things with Perfect World, but I still expected Asian countries to be at least 20-25% of the playerbase.

Why haven't Valve been pushing invites on them especially since their competitive teams are unanimously in favor of DotA 2 over DotA 1? Perhaps those asian countries have lower specced computers that are unable to run Dota 2 at an acceptable level?

If I want to reach high level, would you create a new account or just turn around that negative record? Your record is meaningless. Unless you're an edge case or you always five man stack you should have close to 50% winrate regardless. If you want to reach a high level you should improve your play.

If I want to reach high level, would you create a new account or just turn around that negative record? Just keep playing (considering you can't just "make" a new account). When I started on my smurf account I dipped below 50% winrate by grouping with TLers and not picking carries (pick up the slack people!). Then I just went on a solo mid/carry-only pick spree and went on a 12 game win streak. I sparingly solo queued on it and found myself in very high.
