Sounds like it. One of the devs from Supergiant games posted on reddit a while back after someone made a post asking for exactly this. He basically said, "yes, we have heard you. we love dota 2. We'll see." After looking at Cyborgmatt's twitter it looks like this will be exactly that.

Tbh, I have never ever come across a BH that went shadowblade, except for my friends (when they finally realise I'm not trolling about it being amazing) or myself.
