Well not infinite as tether wisp can't heal more than its max hp, but it heals quite fast, faster than fountain. At least this is how it works in dota1. | ||

The game prevents you from having more than one active tether at the same time, so you can't tether wisp A with wisp B and viceversa for infinite regen. (single player -test mode, would need more players to see if it applies to other allied wisps) | ||
