I have no idea what to do as a TC. Played it like twice in DOTA1 and forever left it alone. On PA:- I personally think AM is a better carry than PA.I just need Battlefury/Treads/Manta(in that order) and the game is won. Usually average timing to get those 3 items is just 20-25mins(free farm etc). By 30mins from teamfights & some more farming even a Heart can possibly be ready. AM's ability to survive ganks via Blink cannot be matched by PA, although PA has better ganking ability. Item build wise i always go Battlefury on PA/AM/FV carries. AM definitely works much better with that style because of blink. But FV/PA are great in fights while AM require items(to be honest, only 3) to ramp him up, he still has a get-out-of-jail-free card in his blink. Now if PA/FV goes for teamfight mid-game items like BKB etc, thats a whole new ballgame. It makes them extremely useful even at like <20mins. AM cant really do anything before his BF is up. On Phoenix:- After they nerf sunray to make it unable to move...i no longer play that PS:- Icefrog i want my Legion Commander Fits my aggressive ganking style with a bonus +10dmg on kills? yes please.

Currently I have a decent Shadow Shaman and a semi-decent Venomancer (I do really well with them in my normal solo games, but when nice TL people with 300+ wins let me queue with them they do fine to awful, depending on how good other team is). What are some other supports I should learn? I know there's a lot of KOTL and Jakiro in most pro games atm, but I also know that pubs and pro games are not remotely similar. I feel like Lich should be first since he's relatively easy and still can be pretty useful, and then maybe a few more aggressive ones would be cool. Also if anyone would ever want to jump in a practice game with me and give me some warding / pulling help that would be super! Tide's a relatively simple hero, and very useful. His gush is pretty strong vs squishy's and comes with a pretty decent slow, late-ish game you should be able to flash farm with anchor smash without losing mana/being able to gain it back within a short period. And he's pretty tanky so you don't need to worry too much about yourself. I often find myself dropping my tango's for leaning partner to end up using. And ravage b1g plays

Sick initiation and if his could pull it off with his ulti then (at least) 50% hp of the oppo team can say goodbye. The AoE/range of all his spells are disgusting and his aura is utterly broken. The best time for TC was the small period of time when Powertreads worked like Phaseboots which you can abuse that with his spirit spell. I haven't played him for a long time too, only played him in some cw back then, TC is not really a pub friendly hero ![]()

And I'd recommend Sandking but you cant play him as a hardsupport and then Lich is imo the definitive support hero. Jakiro is good too due to the recent buff on his ice path. Witten you can check out my guide in the strategy section or pm me we can do some quick practice game ![]()

The damage isn't high, but being able to sleep the entire creep wave for 5 seconds is extremely good for stalling pushes, and the long cast range on the combo lets you do so from complete safety. - As a laner, TC is both solid as a mid laner and a solo hard laner. Ancestral Spirit's damage buff allows you to outtrade many melees (even at level 3, hitting 4 creeps + a hero with the Spirit gives you +44 damage and 9% MS, in addition to the 160 damage nuke), and it's long range allows you to use it to sneak lasthits and disrupt pulls, while also doubling as an escape when using the MS buff combined with his 315 base MS.

She would be pretty legit in the current meta though if sven didnt exist. Get battle fury - mag ult or vac ice path then blink strike on a support - 1.3k crit 40% splash on everyone and no escaping afterwards because of phase boots, blink and dagger Speaking of Antimage - He was not very popular at all in the original dota, why does he have so much stigma in dota 2?

Early on she can farm safer than most other melee carries because of dagger but is not very useful at the point where any other carry would get their first item. She pretty much requires like 10k gold to be useful and cannot farm as fast as the other super farm dependent carries (most notably antimage, but also spectre, void). This makes her extremely team dependent which really is not the current place for a carry. She would be pretty legit in the current meta though if sven didnt exist. He was relatively popular for a period of time even in DotA. When Dota 2 was young there weren't that many awesome heroes in the pool. Anti-Mage pretty much ruled uncontested. He also got buffed for a period of time with Spell Shield going from 44 to 50 percent at max level and a 1.35 BAT.

So whichever team ends up picking him you end up hating him. 25 minute bfury, treads, manta is A LOT of gold. Almost any hero will own with that much gold at that time.
