That's assuming the Radi illusion will survive the full 8 seconds, which it won't when your PL illusions have no stats until you finish Heart.
So I must have missed something, I'm assuming they said something on stream, but why has there been a well over 60 minute break between game 1 of the finals and game 2?

No clue...has to be the worst scheduling of any esports tournament I've ever seen.
First they said the Dota 2 finals weren't even starting until 23:30, then I guess they started them at 21:00...but only to play the first game, then give way to other games (I guess?) and make EG and NTH sit for over an hour between games? Yeah, that's pretty silly scheduling.
The delay is because they are moving to the main stage. There was no time to do the 3 games there, but they still want Dota 2 on it. So we have to wait for SF to be over before Dota 2 starts (again).

They should have just waited. It's not only bad scheduling, it's unfair to the winning team of game 1. It gives the other team over two hours to sit and collect themselves and completely negates any momentum. Just terrible planning overall.

Yet you have to remember that dota 2 is one of the lower events in priority at dreamhack compared to the likes of sc2, LoL, HoN, ssf4. All these have their finals the main stage. If they played the entire thing on the main stage, it would be even later by the time the second game started.

HoN had the same schedule as DoTA2, game 1 off, rest on stage. LoL had its finals yesterday so it had the stage all to itself

I don't see how that changes the fact that dota 2 is at the bottom of the priority list. The only way they have time is to do that is to take time away from the main events, which isn't going to happen with all their views compared to dota 2 atm. Be happy that dota 2 at least got the main stage in the event as opposed to summer(or maybe it was spring) where they didn't.

Everyone here loves dota 2 , but it fair . Most people forgot all the time dota 2 is still in beta stage.. it will be strange that beta game will be first anywhere...exept The International ofc

Hellspawn and alot of Dreamhack big guys tweeted that they were suprised at the Dota2 crowd. Guess they we're on the fence like alot of people. Can't blame them though. Considering the attendance for Dota2 they might move it up in priority
i think if you can ever get 5k before you lose any base towers radi is still the better build pl can farm jungle and lane as soon as you get tranquil + radi, and since his illusions die really fast anyway, radi and diffusal are relatively even in terms of damage output during teamfights. the purge and manaburn are nice but idk if it's worth the drop in farming speed the biggest advantage is that drums + diffusal is cheaper and easier to build than radi + vit booster, but then you're giving up the ability to farm and split push really fast, plus radi is really strong in teamfights anyway since even if your illusions die really fast you can poop one out every couple seconds

pl farms jungle fine with just tranq drums actually, due to the additional agi, sending one illusion with drums + diffiusal at lv 11 will actually have a higher probability of clearing the medium or hard camps than just radiance. It also allows you to farm ancients effectively, something impossible with radiance. ' The problem is that if u get a tranq boots and a radiance on pl after being allowed 5k of freefarm, why are you playing PL?
just play antimage or faceless void if you're not going to take advantage of his midgame potential
basically, radiance PL works the same way post patch as it did prepatch, there's a reason why the hero was never picked pre-patch, why would it not be garbage now?
Radi pretty strong if they have some heroes dependant on blinks. Especially since he doesn't need so many items for damage anymore (more agi gain means that he can afford to tank up a little sooner making the radi illusions last longer).

you use the illusions to push lanes and use the hero to farm the jungle most of the time i'm not playing pl because i picked him lol
