Apparently, at the 150 minute mark, it starts raining down on the map and various parts of the map are set on fire.
That's what I call a Dotapocalypse.

Trivia: In order to have the most expensive inventory possible (assuming 6 slot heroes (not Lone Druid) and excluding stacking items like Salves/Tangos), you need to maintain exactly 270GPM over a 150 Minute game. (6 Abyssal Blades @6750 each = 40500 Gold). Assuming any sort of reasonable item build including some form of boots, 200GPM should get any hero to a pretty good 6-slot configuration (BoT + 5 items worth 5500).

Rock Paper Shotgun article Show nested quote + By that point, control over the original DotA All-Stars had been handed over to Abdul Ismail, an obscure figure who went by the name “IceFrog.” :O Abdul "IceFrog" Ismail. I had respect towards Rock Paper Shotgun but they are trying to hard to force people using the word MOBA even tho everyone knows that name doesn't mean anything. Also "Abdul Ismail" was a person created by "Pendragon's" imagination or paranoia I should say to shit even more in IceFrog. Seriously tho, how many times did we see IceFrog talking about other games? I play DotA since 2004 and IceFrog never ever mention other games. He just kept developing DotA all these years to please his community... meanwhile "Pendragon" tries to shit on him by creating a blog saying he's this and that. VALve said that blog is completely bullshit many times already. Let's not forget the amount of things that Riot developers say about DotA. Especially Morello. Honestly, I'm glad IceFrog is the way we all know him. A quite guy who cares about his community and doesn't need to remind everyone, everyday that "We DotA, are the best game and other games in the genre are unbalanced" like others do. Anyhow, who's exciting about the Halloween map? I hope they release it tonight! Otherwise they would miss the actual Halloween by 1 or 2 days...
