Not too muh, no crit chance is usually a dealbreaker but your other stats are sick so coul still sell.

I had a similar with 170 dex, 45 arcane res / 75 AR and +armor go for 3.1mil on bid the other day. Did not have the reduced ranged damage but I think that is not worth much.

Found it last night. Only comparable boots are high end ice climbers(price varying alot), but they come with more mods than mine. Not sure where mine falls in.

Definitely not bis without crit chance. There is a similar one with slightly more str, slightly less vit, 6 less AR, and 3 less mf with reduced ranged damage instead of poison res listed for 12m bid / 12m bo with 18hrs left.
