Thats ridiculously easy to test, just get two identical monsters, nova 1 4 times and nova 1 once and then frost beam both with identical wizards and time them, compare times. That seems like a really obvious thing to want to know, and they didn't know it. | ||

Frost nova doesn't inherently increase damage done to its targets; it's a rune (and a passive) that cause that debuff, neither of which were available in the beta. So I'm not sure how he would go about testing that, apart from simple guesswork. | ||

Most single player games (at least for Zelda/Mario) are speedruns. It is way different watching a speedrun of OoT compared to watching someone run through it normally. | ||
