D3 opening looks too cartony and has no atmosphere. But that's what you get from a game that has giant leaping green frogs as a skill. I really want this game to be good, but I'm starting to hate it oh so much | ||

I always laugh reading Blizzard interviews and they talk about ground breaking features like blacksmiths and stuff like that. Blizzard is a decade behind game design ideas but at least they make polished games. Hopefully Diablo 3 will be great, although I see myself playing through with one of each character and never touching it again. | ||

I just hope Diablo 3 is a real good game though. | ||

I dont like the direction most RPGs are heading, I like change but Skyrim is too console-ish and not that complex, also I dont have any motivation to ever play it again after I completed every quest I found. Diablo on the other hand may not have big world and so many quests, but it has fun gameplay, fun item grinding, extremely good replayability, multiplayer, it is PC focused, kind of old-school-ish RPG with some new elements. Ideal game for me ![]() | ||

Yeah i'll have to agree with most of your points all though i wouldn't judge the game without playing it. The old diablos felt like horror games. I just feel like this isn't Diablo 3, but some other (probably awesome) game. I don't think the game is too simple though. Now you can put talents for your mercs and all of them are useful, D2 summon necro or hammer pala were simple as fuck. I don't think any class really used 6 skills, in D2 making a build was basically picking 5ish skills to max (and picking gear ofc). | ||

But compare the dialouge of the new trailer to this. D2 is WAY better | ||

But they do not wish to cancel any more games than Ghost and Warcraft Adventures.
