I really like the style of this cinematic although I've been told parts of it look to be inspired heavily from Guild Wars 2. Enjoy! Also, the meteor is obviously Diablo. I mean, who else would be crashing the old Tristram church than him? | ||

i might be alone in this but i didn't particularly like the intro cinematic... i felt the beginning half's action and feeling of "epicness" was dulled down by the use of stylized art even when animated... had it started off witht he drawings and evolved into full blown CGI i think woulda worked better... the second half of the intro was bland... and I really couldn't put my finger on why I didn't like this cinematic as a whole until just now... and i blame it on blizzard for releasing the cinematics out of order... watching this after already having seen the Black Soulstone movie diminishes this one's effectiveness... maybe that's just me | ||

Epic as always, everytime one of these gets released you wish there was a movie about it. Still hyped as hell about D3, and this sure made it even more so  | ||

I do notice that when Diablo burst from the ground they borrowed the animation of the frost wyrm breaking out of the ice from the WotLK cinematic. | ||
