I really wanted the release date. The cinematic was awesome, but even better would have been the release date.

I cant wait for the 25 mins of cinematics that should be in the game.

Doesn't come close to any of the D2 cinematics, but still pretty good.

But I still can't really get hyped about this game anymore. It's taken too long

well, there isn't anything orginal about this video but blizzard always makes these cinematics seem so good. i don't know it's the editing, the musics or the sound effects but i can't watch any one of their cinematics without losing my breath...

...i'm just happy that i'll be graduating next month or i would be stuck in university forever. i will love this game <3

Pretty much everything Blizzard has made since WoW launched has been campy. The Frozen Throne was the last product that could hold its head high.

And, yes, Diablo II's cinematics are unmatched.

Its not traditional "showcase" trailer, this trailers purpose is to show you the story, some basic things about it and so on. Right when the trailer ends in the game, you go rescue Deckard. Its intro to the game, not trailer that was made to show best events in the game. There is different one for that.

This is pretty stupid, though. Cain gets hit by that and yet in the beta you find him alive and in perfect health in the cathedral level 2. Not to mention that this makes the game seem like it's about rescuing uncle cain. I like blizz cinematics, but I think that this is cheesy with it's still frame concept art hype opening, and poorly thought out in the way it represents / opens the game to someone just starting it. Blizzard art direction has gone to total shit by the time they started D3.

. I was really excited about this game 4 years ago, but now, being spoiled by all the important stuff, without wanting to (but you just can't avoid it since the whole database is mined out), so whatevs Blizz, feel free to simplify this game and earn a shit ton of money on it

Wait...you play Diablo only because of story? Diablo is about trading, leveling, grinding, fighting...at least for most of its players
