EPTI found a white page called something like 'xxx page 4'. The tooltip just says something poetic. Does anyone know what this is?

After all, for SCII I understood there is no way around the regional prices, with the regional servers, but Diablo 3 isn't like that, right? Then why the f are they doing this? | ||

Not saying its similar but there are few similarities that you can find, staged battles, UI/crafting, group roles/skills. | ||

In Diablo II, you could go to the cow level as often as you wanted, as long as you didn't kill the cow king, so I wondered if it could be done here, too. | ||

1. if i join public, will monsters be harder or will there be more. currently i play sp and if i clear monster in an area they dont respawn, what happens in a pub game? can a high level guy in pub go to your area and just kill steal u and u get no exp? does public game automatically put u in a party? otherwise why else join pub? 2. how many people in a pub game? how does blizz find ppl for us? others in aus or same level or random? 3. how do i work out spell damage or where do i find this? if im a wd and equip a bow does the bow damage factor into my spell damage? so 110% spell dmg from a 10dmg bow results in 11dmg? 4. when magic item says gain 2% of life when enemy killed is that percentage of your dps? or enemy hp or what? 5. if im a wd and the magic item adds +2 poison dmg or holy does it matter? or is holy only for monks how do the elements work i have no idea what it means. does it just add 2dmg to my overall? do some enemy units have weaknesses to certain elements or do they have special powers? (poison damage over time?) bear in mind this is weapons, not my spells 6. any way to keep track of deaths? do you lose exp 7. what happens when i die and lose durability what does this mean and is it bad if my items have low durability? do people often repair items and should i repair asap for maximum effect 8. whats with damaged items? should we repair then sell it? would that make the selling price more and is it worth it in the end or do you lose gold? 9. fastest way to level, should i fully explore all areas to kill mobs to get as much exp per area or just try and get the quests done asap since later parts have mobs that give more exp anyway (i think) any way to go back to an area and have enemies respawn to kill and grind exp or will they be gone forever? 10. what happens when a level 10 on act 1 parties with level 20 on act 2? when u complete the quests and go on to sp again will they be completed? how do we get to same areas such a nokb >< thanks ! | ||

however if i follow the instructions on the bnet forums , ie to go to account in bnet and then download game clients, namely the d3 starter edition, nothing shows up, except for wow, sc2, bw and d2. there is no d3 client for start edition to download. am i doing sth wrong? | ||

Mob health and damage scale per player. +75% health per player on normal, +85% health / +5% dmg on nightmare, etc. 2. Maximum of four players in a party. Joining a public game is based on quest you selected. 3. You need to calculate it unfortunately. 4. 2% of life means 2% of life... If you have 1000 life than 2% of that is 20. 6. No you don't lose exp. 7. When your items have 0 durability, they basically don't exist until you repair them (so they're useless, aka you would be naked if you were at 0 durability). Other than that, no you don't have to repair constantly. 8. You need to repair items before selling on the auction house. Not sure if they're worth more if you vendor them. 9. Fastest way is doing the quests. Blizzard made it so that you finish normal by level 30, Nightmare by level 50, and Hell by level 60. 10. You click on their banner to teleport to the player. No clue if quests that are skipped are made available later if you do it with someone further in progression than you. | ||

but in pub games are we automatically partied? otherwise whats the point of joining pub? and re leveling fast should i fully explore all areas to kill mobs to get as much exp per area you say normal by 30 is this standard? what if youve killed more monsters than me though since i didnt explore thanks in advance | ||

Finishing normal by close to level 30 is the norm. I didn't explore and rushed through a lot of it but I finished it at level 30, though I guess my map rng was pretty terrible. Don't worry about levels much... you're not going to be terribly behind if you just play normally. | ||

The quests you skipped are not automatically completed. (Tested this in act 3 where I only had the first and the last quest done, the quests between were missing/not completed.) | ||

No you don't, you keep your character as you progress through the difficulties. If you clear normal you will be around lvl 30, so when u start with nightmare u will start in Act 1 again with ur lvl 30 char. | ||
