His main strength is his mid-game play, but hes not the most complete player out there and it only started to show after his season 4 GSL win.
GSL is different from the tournament he is in the finals of... the finals are for a special event put on by the GSL

Thanks I didn't realize that the tournament going on right now was different then a regular GSL season

I will always root for fruit dealer

Thanks for posting! Does anyone else agree that these look like the most balanced groups we've had in a GSL so far? I really think all of these groups are balanced in the sense that there are really no groups of death this GSL. Really looking forward to these games, all should be close!

wow these brackets are just begging for a few new people to make names for themselves!

i wouldnt consider him over-rated.....after all he did sweep the gsl, until the finals (if i remember correctly)

If Jinro stays away from using MMM in TvP he should be able to beat san with Marines Tanks, and Banshees. To deal with phoenix all you need is mass vikings and tanks can handle colossus and gateway units.
Fruitdealer can probably beat Lyn and can definitely beat Check in a ZvZ, Check does not have a good ZvZ due to poor decision making with his units. At the risk of sounding like a July fanboy, why do you want to see him in Code A? I think with his performance last season and in the WC Team League he pretty much silenced most of his doubters. What's not to like? He's so soft and cuddly and his Zerg is oh so fun to watch. Now Rain...there is somebody I want to see in Code A.
I don't know, I just don't like him, and i rather have the others that haven't got a chance to place high in Code S to do well. I want to see Inca do well and its always better if foreigners advance because of all the time they invest in a foreign country.
July knocks out some of my favorite players from tournaments like Nada and MVP. I would like to see July vs MarineKing, that would be sweet.

IDK A, B, F, G, don't look too good and its obvious who will advance.

I hope Nada, Marine king, Clide and Nestea practice hard and advance. 4 of 5 of my favourites are in death groups ):

It is so weird not seeing MVP or Boxer in these groups

wow group E is ridic... FruitDealer come back time!

Group D will most probably make me a sad terran

why am i not excited by this at all? i'm still gonna watch the gsl and all but this just doesn't struck me like it did last season.

I agree, Tester does not really deserve to get past Round of 16 in any GSL these days - his play has been stagnating and the series between sC in GSL March was just unbelievably brutal to watch from both players.

group d and e are fucking insaaaaaaaaaaane

Mvp is no where near overrated. He's top 3 in the world easily. Anyone who says otherwise is fooling themselves. In fact, I would say it's between him and MC for #1 atm, depending on how MKP does against him.
As for the groups, I feel sorry for Jinro. Hope he can make it through but San and Nestea are gonna be tough to beat.

group e...sad day for clide again lol

Hope Jinro can avoid the up and down matches, does look tough though with NesTea and San
