No, the strategy he is talking about had nothing to do with phoenixes. (Phoeni?) + Show Spoiler + He cheesed oGsZenio with a bottom of the ramp wall in using two pylons, then put a cannon behind it. The 1.2 "Players can no longer block off ramps with two 2x2 buildings". | ||

Umm... NesTea is the one who commented about the hard-to-stop protoss strategy. Clearly he's still afraid of that particular strategy even in patch 1.2.  EDIT: And it most likely involves phoenix since the build time has been decreased by quite a bit. | ||

Well I'm not sure if this is always true but on LO3 he said his interview didn't get translated properly and there was some smack talk about T/P. So maybe some of it just isn't coming through because of language. He said something like: "I'm happy to get Ro16 because getting Ro16 with Zerg is far harder than winning GSL with T/P." but it just came out as "I'm happy to get Ro16". Something along those lines. | ||
