And seriously, what is with all the stupid in this thread? I thought this community was about giving support to players and especially to foreigners making it in what is a very tough and competitive scene. All of a sudden, one of them makes it and we shit on him? Not cool.
And from his Twitter: "Just hit 2000 points on the Korean ladder with a 75% win ratio (for the account it started at 50% when I got it, so actually I'm at 85%)." I don't know if you guyz checked sc2ranks lately but 75% win ration is ridiculously high! So he's doing quite well for himself.

Take full advantage of this opportunity, Torch! Get along with your teammates and integrate as much as possible. Learn some Korean. Like anything else in life, it's all about building connections and sowing the soil for future opportunities. None of the SC2 teams are solid yet but as long as you have good relationships in the pro scene, you'll be taken care of. You just can't beat their practice environment.
I expect you to improve drastically for the next GSL.

To be fair, TorcH played decently against TLO in the first set, but after that was lost, I think in his interview with Artosis he said he knew there was no way he'd win the match so he went for a made-up on the fly nuke build (which killed...1 drone). But either way that's not fully reflective of his play.
For GSL if I recall, TorcH the first and third set both by voidray proxies I think, he just failed to scout. Either way, I think he's a strong player he just doesn't have the ability to finish off his starting build usually.

well i think once Hopetorture and july regularly beat torch They figure there is no way they will ever be cheesed again/1 based.( by terran )

anyways, whats gonna happen to VT Gaming?, I heard a lil bit about it from him on an Artosis interview and it sounded promising.

Did I miss something? Torch didn't commentate in GSL2 and who says he's going to commentate in the future?
I would really like to hear more from Torch about the whole situation since it sounded as if he wasn't too sure what's going on. So keep us up to date or are you too busy practicing your ass off?

I know, but what has that to do with "Jason Lee & Torch" moments @ GSL2? He's probably mixing Torch up with Assem. Not that many red head white boys in Korea
