In order to get to icc site I need to use Online proxy website so it will allow me to load and browse the page. Such site like www.managerzone.com or www.orange.pl will as well not open for me. I'm using Windows XP, Norton Antivirus and LinkSys router. Can anyone tell me what's the problem or how can I solve that? How to modify the settings or something else? I'd highly appreciate. To actually give you a semi serious response, it might not be on your end, perhaps you're also a victim of ICCUP's random bans. Who knows these days, those admins are literally insane. | ||

But seriously, go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc and open the Hosts file with notepad, check if iccup's website is there and if it is, delete that whole line. | ||
