I have no idea where MU get all these money from, because the report at the end of last year is that signing tevez would mean they have finished their business for next year (2008-2009 season, current one), but then they signed Berbatov. So if they do decide to sign tevez, then they should have zero transfer budget for next year as well. obviously it is under normal circumstances and assuming they do decide to pay back in time.... something like 2032.

I am from and live in Barcelona and watch almost every game and all I can say is that Henry is playing much better than last year, which is a relief because I don't like Bojan and I think the only one who can fill that spot might be Iniesta (which just recovered from injury) and maybe Messi while putting Pedirto on Messi's spot.

So I'm glad Henry is feeling more comfortable now that he's more important to the team.

Henry has been great so far this season, 9 goals and 4 assists in 14 games, playing winger and not taking any penalties. Yesterday he scored yet again, a wonderful cross from the the left.
The one who has been impressive since he came last season is Touré Yaya. The guy is a wall when it comes to defensive work, with his height and agility no one can get away from him. But when he gets the ball his movement and feet skills are amazing, he can easily dribble 2 or 3 players and assist from the midfield like the best version of Xavi would.

Here's what happens when he leaves the midfield's center circle and gets into the offensive line.

Huntelaar will do great, he just needs time. Madrid would be a serious contender for any title if they still had Robinho. Robben is great, but he alone cant do everything, and he's fit half of the time.
Real right now: Robben+Casillas. The moment Robben fails they are not dangerous anymore, and when Casillas does they concede goals like a relegation team.

Well Levy gives the go-ahead and Pompey bought Defoe for £12m in the first place, so it was gonna have to be a high fee

well did he do well enough at pompey to command a 3 million rise in his value? I don't recall defoe being particularly brilliant last season but I don't watch that many premier league games.
