If you have hanmail and try registering at a cafe, they only ask you one question which the cafe owner asks (for example if it is a Elky fan site "From when were you a fan of Elky?") And you also need to type in a text that shows in a box, the same thing in WGT or PGTour where you need to type in the number that appears on the screen. Just those two steps and you can register at a cafe. After you register, some cafe's let you have direct access to their materials and others put a limit to your access. If you want to go over that limit you must do whatever the owner of the cafe asks, its usually write a post with your info and a brief description of you, or put up some useful info, or put up some good reps, or anything similar and then you can be upgraded and have access to all the materials. | ||

Yes, its very annoying but they do it for a reason I guess its to get rid of any annonymous people that might use their services for abuse or hacking or something else like that Korea is the most wired country in the world, they have to be careful~ | ||
