Chivalry is obviously dead. Grouprape is something serious. Blame it all you want on how girls dress and act, if several boys stir each other up until rape becomes something acceptable we as adults have to ask ourselfs some serious questions. This is not vietnam or some civil war in africa. These kids are not under some mindstretching stress and near a breakdown. Circumstances are different. We used to explain grouprape with certain motives like racism or a gang/war mentality. But what if boys in a "normal" enviroment decide to jump on girls. When they themself can't even describe their motives and they are usualy fully aware to what rape leads to. I think it's important to differentiate and not make the mistake to treat grouprape the same as "one guy rapes one girl". I'm no psychologist so i have nothing really to say here. But i still find it shocking every time i read about grouprape because i have a hard time to figure out how these kids ended up with something like a grouprape. | ||
