By that definition, no one vote matters, since no one vote is decisive. However, if everyone who understood that their vote is not decisive decided not to vote, the result would be changed. It's a semantic argument, so there isn't really a clear wrong or right answer, but I think "matters" is a more useful word in this context if you understand it as distinct from "is decisive". | ||

the argument was originally, what demographic does obama gain from this endorsement. and the answer was one that doesnt matter. since: It helps him with who? the youth vote? the black vote? he has those wrapped up anyways. not to mention 50 cent is rapidly falling stock in the rap world | ||
