I think your misunderstanding? Brain is saying yaj has no acc with the required rcg20-tag that is above 2k. If he has, he should sent the required mail so his account can be listed.

If yaj is above 2k mmr in general isn't relevant.

You must play at least 33 games to qualify. Best MMR players will proceed to the next stage.

since i played 7 games last season when the official RCG ladder started.this allow me to play 26 games on this one ?

or i need to play 33 games on this new season ?

I can observe a number of players with an RCG20- tag without registration email. This is to remind, that non-receipt of email until the deadline will result in non-admittance even of those with MMR 3k+. Simply sending an email on April 30, 2020, 11:59 PM won't fit, as you have to receive a positive response until then.
