The remaining map is played last.

Maybe there are no live streams today because in the Asian Final Qualifier, can one of them qualify? I doubt it.

Simply, because ESL's website was GFWed from this year like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and so on. (But IEM's website wasn't! ) Politics, I don't know about it.

Cyan and SaberAltoria (开局要打鸡儿盒饭) entered Asian Final. PS: SaberAltoria was very near to WCS points in 2015 Season 3 but he didn't keep the way of mech build and he lost to XiGua - GPL 2015 Season 2/Premier.

Same with the European ones though, it just promotes the same players attending, random qualifiers give a better chance for breakout but performances. but it's their money and their tournament so their rules 😊

Is there a reason hardly anyone signed up for this compared to normal or not?

Well for one it's the same date as Gfinity so you immediately lose a bunch of players. Actually wondering what Myungsik would do if he got through the Asian qualifier, he'd be qualified for both events.
Also maybe Code A and Proleague (starts next week acc. to Liquipedia) preparations. And maybe not everybody knew this was happening.
