Eastern Starcraft League Season 1

Proud to announce the Eastern Starcraft League Season 1.
ESCL Season 1 will see five qualifiers over the space of two weeks seeding thirty-two players across Oceania, SEA, Taiwan, China, Korea and Japan into a SSL style tournament. All thirty-two qualified players will compete in a best of 5 against another qualified player, the winner continuing to group stage round of sixteen while the loser is knocked out of season 1. We then have a sixteen player group stage followed by a eight player single elimination finals bracket.

Five qualifiers will be ran to give players a chance to play, dates for the qualifiers can be seen below.
8pm AEDT Sunday January 18th - China & Taiwan Qualifier (8 seeds) Sign Up (Korea Server)
8pm AEDT Thursday January 22nd - Korea Qualifier (6 seeds) Sign up (Korea Server)
5pm AEDT Saturday January 24th - SEA/Japan Qualifier (6 seeds) Sign Up(SEA Server)
3pm AEDT Sunday January 25th - Oceania Qualifier (12 seeds) Sign Up(NA Server)
Note: All qualifiers are double elimination with best of three games.


Prize pool:
1st - $250 + 260 OSC Points
2nd - $100 + 160 OSC Points
3rd - $35 + 100 OSC Points
4th - $15 + 60 OSC Points
5-8th - 25 OSC Points each
9-12th - 10 OSC Points each
13-16th - 7.5 OSC Points each
17-32nd - 5 OSC Points each
830 total OSC Points and $400 up for grabs!

Happily partnered with LeiFeng who will be broadcasting the whole event with a Chinese stream along with Insano and CautioN we will be giving you all stages of the tournament packed into 13 live broadcasts.
