Where do you live? There definitely is a significant gang and mob presence in some major cities. And they aren't all white collar stuff. Last time we had a gang war in Vancouver there were 20 or so shootings. And Montreal has a ton of corruption and Italian mafiosi.

Kingston has a white collar mob bunch, so they're the main organized crime group around here.


Kingston isn't a major city, so it doesn't have a major crime scene I guess.

But yeah, most of the places in Ontario are either English or Native in etymology. It's because of the fact that a lot of royalists during the American Revolution came here and settled down.
