4-5-2-3-6 is the best order to watch it in. It preserves both plot twists (and yes, the fact that Palpatine is the emperor is a plot twist if you're like me and grew up watching them 1-6), and is really coherent. You really don't need 1 since all the relevant stuff is reintroduced in 2 anyway.
