\ o / congratulations TB!

mod edit: added new tweet

His Vlog where he explains it here:

In his blog, he tells people that doctors are optimistic and encourages people to get checked.

I really hope that he's able to get through this!

Total Biscuits TL:DR

Its's a large mass that is either pre-cancerous or already cancerous.

It has not spread, CT shows everything else clean and the liver perfectly healthy (this is important since that's generally the first place cancer spreads to and starts to fuck shit up). Colonoscopy confirmed, no other masses or polyps anywhere else in the bowel. Surgery to remove the mass should be a complete cure, at least for the time being. I will need regular check-ups every year or so to make sure it doesn't come back, but the doctors are very confident in a complete recovery.

I encourage all of you, if you have symptoms that last more than a week, to get over the embarrassment and go and see a doctor. Colonoscopy is nowhere near as bad as people make it out to be, in the US (at least at my specialist) they knock you out for it entirely so you don't feel a thing. Doctors are professionals, they have heard everything 1000 times before, they are impossible to embarrass. Do not suffer in silence, get screened.

My grand father had bowel cancer. I don't think killed him though, but he wasn't very comfortable with it for the remainder of his life.
Hope he can help spread the awareness of the disease but mainly i hope he beats it so he can continue his work in ESPORTS.

Shit man, good to hear they caught it early as from recollection bowel cancer is one of the worst you can get due to it being relatively 'embarrassing' to get found before it spreads out.

Get well soon TB and props for reminding people as to the importance of getting checked.

Ah, that's really rough. TB will pull through in style though. He's a tough cookie – it'll take more than a spot of cancer to keep a bloke as stubborn as him out of eSports. Love you TB, you'll be back at it in no time <3

Outside of the dose I got from the CT scan no. We caught it early enough. I will only need surgery, if the doctors are correct in their assessment. Cut the damn thing out, keep an eye on things, I should be fine.

I figured it was something serious, I'm really sorry it was cancer, but at the same time the prognosis sounds very optimistic. My grandfather died of the same thing, he didn't get a check up in time and they just caught it too late. If you can catch it before it spreads and remove the entire tumor recovery is usually quite probable.

I don't drink, but I'll toast your health in some quality tea. Good luck and I hope you'll be back to saving Esports on a weekly basis soon.

Colons can be pretty annoying.. I had similar symptoms in 2009 and I too delayed getting symptoms checked. Turned out I had Ulcerative Colitis (glad you mentioned IBDs in your vid) which culminated in getting my colon removed in 2011. I wish you all the best TB, cancer is definitely a step up from what I had and I hope that the surgeries are successful and without complications.

Good luck TB. I have faith it will be fine. You caught it early enough and doctors normally give you the straight shot when it comes to this stuff.

And for everyone else, cancer is no joke. If you feel like something is wrong, get it checked out. I have got to two funerals in 3 years for people that are close to me because they were stubborn or believed it wasn't a problem. Dont be like that, even if you are 18-29 and think your invincible.

It's a good thing that it's pre-cancerous and hasn't spread or anything, likely the beginning stages so it's great to hear that you caught it early on. Good luck with the surgery and get well soon!

Thank you for coming out and sharing this with us. I have been having similar symptoms and saw my GP a few months ago and was told to take fiber and if symptoms did not improve call back for a referral to a gastroenterologist. Well, my symptoms have come and gone, but I haven't gone back to see anyone, which as you said is dumb. I see on a daily basis something that I know is not normal and potentially dangerous, and just live with it in denial. After I post this I am calling my GP and asking for that referral, hopefully I can get some answers and maybe be able to live without the discomfort I put up with now.

You are correct in saying that whenever anything about our bodies isn't working properly, we should see a doctor. Our 21st century medical technology is pretty worthless if we sit around in denial until it's too late.

Thank you again TB,

Strangely enough, my doctor told me that the "common knowledge" of just take fiber is bad for this condition because it inflames the mass and causes you to have to go more often and thus bleed more. Fibre is great for keeping things healthy but once they are unhealthy, it can become a negative. They often recommend "low impact" diets which are low in fibre and roughage at that point.

It may be worth it. My mom had never got herself checked because she felt it's something that "probably wouldn't happen to her", and she felt no symptoms. Last summer a friend suggested she get checked, so she did. They found 10 polyps in her colon. Doctor said 1 out of 10 people will have 1 polyp. Like, what the hell are the chances of my mom having 10? It was early enough the doctors took it out and weren't concerned, and she'll be getting yearly visits to keep an eye on it.

When I was in the waiting room, I was talking to somebody else who was waiting for his father to get checked (the guy I was talking to seemed over 50 years old), and he told me his brother died from colon cancer. Shit is serious

TB get well soon. I just opened up an account with TeamLiquid to tell you this, I love cynacicism. Please look into taking Vitamin C in Liposomal form, it has a variety of health benefits but really good for fighting cancer.

Much love man, hope you get well soon, you can overcome it! Esports needs you, SC2 needs you!!!

My aunt had colon cancer 4 years ago and passed away slowly. However, she caught the cancer very late because they said it was very beatable if they had caught it earlier. So its good to hear TB has a much better prognosis. I know how bad cancer can be mentally/physically/emotionally and how hard it can be on family members, so TB wishing you the very best of luck. Stay strong brother. It won't be easy, but I know you're strong enough to beat this.

Jesus.. good luck to the big man, regardless of anyone's personal opinion on TB he has shown time and time again he is willing to put himself and his finances into eSport for almost no net gain whatsoever and for that as much as anything he deserves a lot of respect.

Good luck TB!

My mom had breast cancer. She caught it quite early like you did and she made a full recovery. Because of the nature of it, she has to get checked every 6 months, but other than that she is perfectly healthy now. I imagine you will make the same recovery.

My uncle had bowel cancer. They caught it far later than with you and he still made a full recovery.

My dad was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer (spread to liver and some tumours in random other places which had spread from the liver in the blood) in December, and has his final bout of his first set of chemo sessions in 2.5 weeks (6 months of treatments every 2 weeks). Luckily it's responded well, but because it spread he couldn't get surgery.

Thankfully TBs was caught a lot earlier, so he should be able to get treated more easily.

Like people have said, the earlier you get checked and it's caught, the better off you are both in terms of recovery changes, and the treatment you need to undergo. Chemo isn't fun, so hopefully TB shouldn't need it.

For those who don't have the time to watch the VLOG, the TL:DR is this.

It's a large mass that is either pre-cancerous or already cancerous.

Good luck TB!

Good to hear that it's a mild case and all you require is surgery. Since your family has a history and are genetically prone to get this kind of cancer you definitely will have to get regular check-ups even if it won't spread.

Best of luck and let's hope the doctors doing the surgery haven't gotten their education from Surgeon Simulator

Listening to all of that while watching Surgeon Simulator was pretty interesting lol. My dad had a colonoscopy a couple of years ago and it was pretty much the same. They knocked him out for that but they gave him some horrible stuff he had to drink that made him sick. Seems like the prep is the worst part. Luckily he was ok and everything. I was pretty proud of him for going through with it since like you said a lot of people just don't want to deal with it and it is really dumb. A little embarrassment is easily worth not dying to something like this.

Glad they caught it early TB and I hope the surgery goes well sir.

This is the kind of attitude that makes people timid on speaking about it publicly.

Really shitty (sorry, bad pun) situation TB. I've loved your work with Axiom, MLG, and the whole Clan Wars tourney. If the community was full of people like you it would be 10x better than it is now.

I wish you a speedy recovery and that your doctors do everything in their power to help you. Good luck John!

Sorry I chuckled a little...

But nevermind that, I've been having a lot stomach issues with some of the same symptoms lately as well and I've been trying to man up to the pain and being uncomfortable due to it. TB, you've made me realize that I've just being stubborn and incredibly stupid gambling on hoping it's nothing. I do hope it's nothing, but seeing you go through this I've already scheduled an appointment to make sure it's not serious.

So thanks to you, TB, for helping me reconsider how stupid I am for putting myself in unnecessary risk. And I hope you get better soon and good luck.

oh ok...I suppose...I'll *try* to get a colonoscopy (or hopefully something that does the same thing but in a different way). When i get a stable income and I have some time, I'll just have them run all the tests at once.

TB if you're still reading 9 pages in, was this a life changing experience? Did you discover what was really important to you?? Maybe it was just a routine thing, I just thought it would be interesting to ask

the bad: TB has to go through all this. gl with surgery, and hope everything goes well afterwards as well.

the good: TB manages to raise awareness of a health issue that we can all potentially face, and got multiple people that visit these forums to go make that phone call to the doctor that can potentially save lives. survivor AND lifesaver? that's a good life.

For those who don't have the time to watch the VLOG, the TL:DR is this.

It's a large mass that is either pre-cancerous or already cancerous.

Best of luck in a speedy and permanent recovery! ♥

There's a 15 year old kid in the UK right now in the final stages of it.

The CT technician who scanned me told me a story about a 17 year old she discovered it in, far more advanced than mine.

The myth is that bowel cancer only affects old people, it's actually a huge killer of people far younger than that, who don't go to the doctor because they think it's just something that'll go away and then well... it doesn't.

http://www.bowelcanceruk.org.uk/never-too-young/ started a campaign about this. 2000 young people a year in the UK are diagnosed, far FAR more than that go untreated because they just don't know it can happen.

An Australian charity reported a 64% rise in Bowel cancer cases in people aged 20-35 vs figures 20 years ago.

When I watched your video and you were calling yourself an idiot, I was calling you an idiot right along I can't believe you were stubborn to hold off on seeing a doctor despite suffering for so long!!! DDD: However, I'm biased as I'm a health sciences major going into grad school this fall haha XD

Pleaseeee please please please make sure to finish your antibiotic treatment. There's a LOT of bacteria residing in the human gut and I wouldn't want you to get an antibiotic resistant strain due to the procedure+hospital stay.
Also, if any nurses or other clinical practitioners aren't being diligent with clean hands (they probably will at least Purell beforehand), you really should remind them to clean their hands via alcohol sanitizer or good ol' soap&water.

Nonetheless, I hope for a speedy recovery without any complications! It's wonderful to hear that the mass was localized.

For me it was unusually frequent trips to the toilet, loose stool, blood and mucus in stool, more frequent than usual stomach growling and fatigue. This does not automatically mean cancer, it can be a number of different things, some less severe than others, all at least treatable if not curable. Could just be haemmeroids, could be IBS, could be an IBD like Crohns or Ulcerative Colitis. Could be diviticulitus, though that generally doesnt last all that long. Or you could just be having something like a gluten allergy. Whatever the case, there is no harm in telling your doctor, getting some basic testing done and going from there if you have those kind of symptoms for longer than a week.

Loose stool for longer than 1 week is a pretty big warning sign. Any kind of prolonged (more than a day or so) of blood in stool is a massive warning sign. Even if it's the other way around -- such as taking longer than 3 days between stools regularly, having "rabbit poos" (small hard stools) when you take a dump are also warning signs of problems. Any time you have abnormal behavior down there lasting longer than a week you should absolutely get it checked. Invariably, the sooner any serious complication is caught the easier it is to treat.

The typical symptom is usually an alternating bowel habit with tenesmus.

The fact that you did so many clanwars in April, with all this going on, shows what an awesome guy you are TB and how lucky the starcraft community is to have you. Best of luck with the surgery and hope you make a full recovery.

You've given so much to our community over the years, and I'm sure that anyone with more than a casual interest can see you have the best intentions at heart in all your work. I hope that you make a swift and full recovery TB, my thoughts are with you and your family to make it through this challenge.

TB much love. Thanks for letting everyone know, and for the advice on the real.

I got diagnosed with a mild skin cancer @ 29 as well! Very shocked - Basal Cell Carcinoma (which is fairly common but not really at that age). I had to have a couple of instances removed, and get checked regularly. It can be very hard to adjust (mentally) and you seem like you are doing really well, try not to worry about it man you've done just fine.

Stay awesome and keep us posted!

My god I hope he gets better. TB is such a cool guy, the world needs more of him, not less!

GL TB wish you the best. I had similar issues last year when I turned 25, I had blood in my stool, major pains , having a hard time to go. Scared me so bad I went straight and to the doc and got myself a colonoscopy, they found nothing and told me I had to go on a high fiber diet. People should never be embarrassed about stuff like that, scary stuff.

Wish you the best!!

And nothing that has to do with your health is ever embarassing. I have been to the oncologist as a 25 year old because of some unusual thing. Keep track of your body and what is normal about it so you catch when something changes.
Just people hear what TB said; Doctors see, hear and work with way more embarassing stuff than you could ever imagine, your health and body are never embarassing for a doctor!

Holy shit...

I remember TB being one of the main people who really got me into Starcraft and the professional side of gaming in general. I remember how amazing it was to finally have someone who had an amazing voice and personality when it came to gaming, who wasn't just another awkward sounding nerd.

I thought you would be with us forever totalbiscuit, but like all people you are mortal. I should have been more grateful for having you in my life.

I don't know how it'll be for TB, but for a lot of people with Bowel Cancer (including my grandma) its a simple, they just clean up the polyps that grow, or they go for chemo/radiation. Thought he's certainly not lucky to have gotten cancer, the fact he caught it early and has good options is absolutely a blessing. Stay strong TB.

While it's not exactly full of explosions and gunfire, but I can understand risks that may come from non-physical injuries. It's certainly taken its toll on TB, has it not? (Correlative, not causative.)

TB, I've had these symptoms on and off for a few years now: mucus, blood, stool consistency is loose. The blood is usually quite bright though, so I was told not to worry. My symptoms have been back in full force for a few weeks now and I'm considering going to the doctor despite the fact that the blood is bright. I'm also going to the toilet way too often. Did you have darker blood in your feces? Also, when I get up from the toilet, sometimes a few drops of blood can drop, bright red again. Just wondering if you had that happen... I'm getting a bit worried right now :/

Uh...rule of thumb. If you see blood, and it isn't from an injury, see a doctor. Like, very soon.

Blood should never just start appearing.

From my admittedly limited understanding, I think this is about as mild as cancer news can be. Basically when you're healthy, the cells in the colon are supposed to be constantly sloughing off because they get damaged from all the junk that goes through there. Since a cell needs time to accumulate a lot of mutations in order to become cancerous, the first mutation that has to happen before cancer can develop is for the cells to lose their tendency to slough off. At this point they aren't cancerous, they're just not dying and leaving like they're supposed to do. With a colonoscopy you can find those patches that aren't leaving like they're supposed to, and kill them long before they had time to develop into cancer. If you wait they'll accumulate into a larger mass, since they're not sloughing off like the rest of the colon, but they still have to develop all the mutations to become cancerous; if you cut that mass out at any point in the mean time, you can still remove them before they develop the mutations necessary for cancer.

Colonoscopies are one of the most effective tools we've developed in the fight against cancer. If you have a genetic predisposition to bowel cancer (that is, your cells are born already partially mutated), it's harder to catch it in time but still totally doable as long as you know to get checked when you're symptomatic. A lot of cancers are very difficult to treat, but bowel cancer is extremely preventable.

Get well soon, TB! It's incredible that after hearing some pretty scary news you'd still thinking of our welfare. It's a comfort to know that all signs suggest you'll be around for a good long time.

I did see a doctor for it when it first began. He told me not to worry, that it was probably a small fissure inside. It stopped and it's back now. I went to see a pharmacist to ask her opinion. She also didn't seem too worried because the blood is bright.

Yeah, see a doctor. I'm no medical professional, but that doesn't sound like cancer but it does sound like one of the other serious problems associated with colons (e.g. inflammatory bowel, diverticulitis and so on)

What exactly is a mucus discharge from the ass anyway? I mean, does it literally have the texture/sight of mucus or am I taking it too literally?

Do you have the stomach to find out? Google it, plenty of pictures I'm sure.

Speedy recovery, TB! I'm glad it was discovered in such an early state and you can avoid the really nasty stages of that shit.

Man, TB.

I hope your butt system gets better. Shit's important. As always, your transparency about your back channels is .. enlightening.

i've been doing work in the medical marijuana industry for about a year now, go get a green card and try a CBD heavy strain (light or heavy on the normal THC drug content to your tastes). I have a friend with ulcerative colitis and it helps him a lot with his appetite and nausea, which helps him follow his dietary requirements(they can be a real bummer)

If the blood comes AFTER you have finished then it's probably benign so do not worry, if the blood comes as the same time as stools and is mixed with it then it may be more serious and you should see a doctor.
What you have it probably hemorrhoids or smthing else not serious.

Anyway, gl to TB

Please don't give medical advice to people on the internet to reassure them. People can easily have haemorrhoids and experience some bright red blood in their stool, which masks bleeding from other sinister causes such as cancer.

Go and see a doctor face-to-face. This is coming from a doctor. An experienced clinician can examine for anal fissures or haemorrhoids which are both spot-diagnoses, and then decide whether or not you should be further investigated with blood tests and colonoscopy.

Exactly this. I almost didn't go because I managed to convince myself it was just haemorrhoids. Don't do that. Knowledge is power.

TB, good luck with your surgery!! Surgery is an ordeal, certainly, but it's pretty easy to make the best of it. The most important thing is to have a FUN outlook during the recovery process! Let your wife spoil you with your favorite foods, your choice of movies, etc. Rest and be happy, and follow doctor's orders to the letter; you are going to be totally fine.

You've caught it early and won't have to take any shit from that 2cm fucker much longer.

Godspeed!!!!

Just posted from his Twitter account. He says it is full blown cancer and will be starting chemo soon (in pill form) with a follow-up surgery to get rid of it hopefully.

Good luck John! I don't know how bad bowel cancer is compared to other types of cancers. It seems like a lot of people just don't know to get checked for it and really end up getting it seemingly out of the blue. I hope the treatment goes well and that you have a speedy recovery from the chemo

I know you are reinforcing this idea about how it was your fault, and I understand this is for motivational purposes, and I respect that so much. You are truly doing a noble thing here by making this so public and being consistent with your message, however countries with unfair medical systems need a reality check. You alluded to this in your video, about taking so long to get insurance sorted, but no worries man you strong and too stubborn to let cancer beat you! Everybody is rooting for you.

GL TB, best wishes to you and your family during this trying time.

I don't know you personally but I know you do a lot work and have a strong work ethic. This being said, don't push yourself too too hard. The world can live with a few less youtube videos if it means you are getting better.

It's long, but it's worth reading. For all that I've seen, heard, or experienced in my nearly 20 years on this planet, this is unquestionably the most inspiring. What kind of a human being says, on the same day he discovers that he has cancer, that HE'S sorry for what WE'RE going through? And more than that, specifically directs it towards the people who antagonize him at the worst of moments? This man and his team will always have my support now. I'm blown away by what I've just read.

screening for colon cancer (in the united states) isn't done until at least 50 years old generally, unless you have a relative with FAP or HNPCC or a relative who has had colon cancer fairly early in their lifetime

with that said, i think most of the population of on these forums isn't anywhere near the age of "getting checked" for colon cancer just yet

sorry you got it, best wishes in your treatment and outcome

May all these good wishes and the support of this community be a tiny comfort in your low moments. The world needs "interesting characters" like you, not afraid to voice the good and the bad. Thanks for all of the work you have done to make esports and gaming a place of refuge for many including this "old lady."

Getting the message out about screening and seeking treatment is valuable, especially for the young people who feel invincible. You are right that many people are embarrassed to talk about bowel health and don't know what is considered abnormal. The topic is hot right now with your diagnosis and Minigun's recent health problems.

If you don't know the signs of possible colon cancer (as well as other bowel problems), look them up: http://www.webmd.com/colorectal-cancer/guide/understanding-colorectal-cancer-symptoms. I am a nursing professor (maybe the only one on here?) and appreciate the value of hearing someone's story as a warning to others, one of the few positives associated with a cancer diagnosis. Best of luck TB and keep us updated.

Already said this on twitter, but.. Best wishes going out to you TotalBiscuit. We're grateful you're here for us, time for us to show we're here to support you too.

I have always appreciated (and mostly enjoyed watching) your content and will always keep doing that, because you're such an inspiration. You're hard working (way too hard sometimes.. ) and very transparant, which I respect so much. Even with this tumor thing. Knowing that it's gotten worse since you first talked about it, I hope you read this thread and it brightens your day a little bit, with the added knowledge that you're gonna fight through this easy peasy, gg no re.

I can't say I actually play esports, but I am a fan of TB's and thought I would chime in on this. I made an account just for this purpose because I think it's a very important issue to discuss. Much respect for TB for sharing something so personal.

I work in a medical laboratory. Trust me, the stuff that most people are embarrassed about we see every single day in healthcare. I have processed hundreds of stool samples over the course of my career. It doesn't freak me out or make me uncomfortable to see these sorts of things. The only thing we care about is helping our patients get better.

So, if you're feeling uncomfortable, don't let that make you hesitate. Your doctor is used to it. His nurse is used to it. I am used to it. Everyone in healthcare is accustomed to helping people with any issue you can think of.

Get examined if you think you're having a health issue. I have high blood pressure that's treated now. Had I let it go on, it could've easily caused much more severe health problems. Not as serious as cancer, but it's just an example.

Man, that's an epic read! TB is an awesome person.

I may have bowel cancer, my stools haven't been the same in a very long time (1-2 years or so). When I first noticed it my stools would be very dark, I didn't notice any extreme blood or anything like that and would be going to the bathroom a lot; mostly diarrhea. These days my stools are better but not the same as they use to be, I'm not sure if there's something wrong with me or if I just have a bad diet.

From webMD:

-Changes in bowel movements, including persistent constipation or diarrhea, a feeling of not being able to empty the bowel completely, an urgency to move the bowels, rectal cramping, or rectal bleeding
-Dark patches of blood in or on stool; or long, thin, "pencil stools"
-Abdominal discomfort or bloating
-Unexplained fatigue, loss of appetite, and/or weight loss
-Pelvic pain, which occurs at later stages of the disease

For those who don't have the time to watch the VLOG, the TL:DR is this.

It's a large mass that is either pre-cancerous or already cancerous.

Yeah my dad had a colonoscopy when he had hit 50. There's no shame in asking the doctor questions. Like you said these doctors do this for a living so it's not awkward for them.

I wish you good health TB!

My mom passed in December from this. She waited too long to get checked and it was far too late once it was found out. One more family dealing with this is one too many. I know there's nothing I could say that would make you feel better so I'll just leave it at good luck buddy.

Only generalizing here since I don't know the details, but IIRC bowel cancer has a 5-year survival rate of about ~50%. Chemotherapy before surgery is a bit odd as well, since most of the time it's the other way around; remove tumor, then start chemo to prevent cancer cells from metastasizing.

Best of luck to you TB! Chemo takes a heavy toll on the body and mind, but optimism in the face of pain will undoubtedly be very helpful in coming through all this!

If the tumor is too difficult to remove either because of size or placement or both, you'll have to do Chemo first in hope that it will shrink enough to remove it safely.

Just as an FYI of sorts for those wondering, according to his Twitter, TB started treatment on the 23rd of June or somewhere around there. So he is about a week and a half into treatment now.

And for final results, it can take a while after treatment and surgery is done, depending on tests (of course every case is different. It could be faster for TB). For my mom, she was finished treatment in April of that year (she had surgery before treatment) but wasn't declared cancer free until late August. In her case, they continued doing tests for a few months after her last treatment so they could be sure that she was cleared.

Say I want to get checked. Whats the procedure here...
Go to my doctor and say "Do I have cancer?". Or there are special places to get checked at.
Thank you.

I dont know how it is in Mexico but in general you go to your usual doctor and ask him about cancer prevention. Some things are easier to check like skin cancer, which are perforemed by a regular dermatologist some can even be tested at home by sending in urin/dejection. As far as i know NONE of these tests hurt.

Again i dont know about the system there but a lot of these tests are paid by your ensurance, at lest here in germany if you have some risk factors (parents had cancer for example) or have other factors like age.

"Get checked" means that if you have symptoms, then get checked. TB said he had been suffering from bowel symptoms for ~2 years but kept thinking it was just random ulcers so he did not get checked. Randomly going to the doc and asking "do I have cancer" without you feeling anything wrong in you will not net you the best results.

Get well TotalBiscuit! I know you won't let shit like this drag you down.

With over 300 types of cancer, there is no way to just go and "get checked" for cancer. You can check for some of the regular ones, like prostata cancer, testicle cancer(honestly you should be able to check this one yourself), or breast if you're a girl. But mostly you have to wait for symptoms or base it out of prior family history before you get checked.

You can right click on the minimap.

That's it. Next BW weekly I will go over every basic trick and tip in the book with in game examples. Clearly we all need a refresher course on how to make ourselves better.

Hi I thought I would share one with you. When doing a mass arbiter recall into a terran's base (actually no reason why not zerg or protoss too, lol) is if you recall an arbiter with units under it, you can then click that arbiter and recall ANOTHER arbiter with units under it, and click it real fast (before it warps) and recall yet ANOTHER arbiter with units under it.

Basically if you have good micro (like i did 5 years ago) you can make 5 control groups, with the last 4 having an arbiter overhead. Then your first arbiter recalls in your second arbiter, which recalls in your third, which recalls in your fourth.

Basically you are just recalling the next arbiter, but by the rules which govern recalling, any units within the warp-in area get warped along with it. Sorry I have no replays nor do i have the game installed anymore. Just thought I would share this.

breast cancer can hit men too, sexist.
There's no reason blizzard can't release new units or fixes to a game without creating another costly "expansion" you've already paid 100$ for, unless they want to treadmill the gambler with future promises of "it gets better"

What I found most impressive is how he soldiered on, kept on creating quality content, provided for his family and himself and showed what real men are made of. In one of his videos, he apologised for some fuckup with his voice due to the chemo, and I just felt: Man, this guy is a badass.

I felt the same about my mum, who only told us about her cancer after her chemo started and who also basically kept up her normal life. For someone who doesn't leave his house when he ate too much or has a hangover, this is truly impressive to me.

Hopefully he knows, despite the lack of youtube comments, that we were all rooting for him.

That said, he didn't beat cancer, his doctors did.

So basically, cancer cheesed TB who did not do an early scout. However, TB got medics in time and managed to hold. Subsequently, TB denies cancer from expanding.

Cancer cheesed TB, did some economic damage but TBs medic drop destroyed Cancers main base. Then TB managed to rebuild his economy and secure victory.

Congrats to Total Biscuit, the best caster that has ever graced any game ever including physical sports. His top notch game analysis has taught me how to play SC2. I fully credit TB to me reaching Grand Master in WoL and HoTS and soon to be LotV.
