The very first ZOTAC StarCraft II Season Final 2014 is coming up on April 30th to May 2nd 2014 and the top 16 players of the ZOTAC SC2EU Cup from season 1 come together for an epic showdown with a total prize money pool of 2,500 Euro.

The ZOTAC StarCraft II Cup Season Final is a three-days tournament which is divided into two stages: the dual tournament system group stage and the double elimination playoffs.
The 16 invited players will be separated into 4 groups with 4 players for each group. Group A & B will be played on the 1st tournament day, group C & D will be played on the 2nd tournament day. The playoffs will be played in a double elimination bracket on the 3rd tournament day. The 1st place of each group will start in the winner bracket and the 2nd place of each group will start in the lower bracket.
All games will be Bo3 matches, only the grand final will be a full Bo5 match with no advantage for the participant coming from the winner bracket, respectively no disadvantage for the participant coming from the lower bracket by winning the consolation final.
