If it is less than 5 hours per week she would be willing to help. Please get back to me or let me know where i could forward this question to if it is unsuitable inquire here. Although I was on the writers team, the vast majority of my work for TL has been art. Towards the middle and end of the Proleague season, I was putting in some 20-30 hours a week drawing for our articles. I never went to class, my grades went down the toilet, I became basically nocturnal and a complete shut-in. Moral of the story: NEVER WORK FOR TL IT WILL DESTROY YOUR SOUL. jk. It was fun, rewarding, and worth it. You put in as many hours as you can handle, and everyone will appreciate it because you're saving esports.

There's alot of people around who would be willing to throw together something rapidly for an article but cannot commit to a role full time. There's several problems that arise when we'd do that a) we'd spoil most of our content way ahead of time which is horrible. b) it would actually hinder people just like public competitions do - it is not a good way to spend time should there be more than one person doing something for the same project and one or more of the artists just having to discard their work and time (personal experience) You don't need to think of this as a full time gig, none of us do this full time. The more you can and want to contribute your time and effort towards the stuff that needs to be done, or stuff you want to spearhead on your own, the better! The work never ends You can spend anywhere from couple hours a day to make banners & dress up existing css templates for news articles and previews to spending 6-8 hours a day for a week straight like I did with Dotalinguistics (linked in the OP) because it was a fun project, and i was on holidays ^_^

For example: "I need four images for an article by Tuesday, which will probably take about 4 hours of work and needs a high level of photoshop proficiency, PM me for details." Anyone interested then emails in and demonstrates their proficiency and availability. Once the right person is found, the initial post is updated to say the vacancy has been filled. This way no work is wasted as only one person does the content, no specific spoilers are released and TL now has access to a much wider range of people. You could even give out mini rewards (i.e, shiny icon picture for a week, TL+ for a day, 'Get of Jail' Card to permit one free balance whine in a thread of your choosing... etc).

It's easier to straight up ask someone in the staff than trying to fish around. Especially if it's a last minute thing.
