I predict this new policy of proaction will decrease mod actions by 50%, which will free up mods time by 50%, which will result in a 100% increased productivity in life (50%+50%=100%) for mods, which will in turn lead to 200% (100+50+50) extra income for mods. + Show Spoiler + Long live the TL Soviet.
