THey probably have strong evidence that it came from russian sources; whether it was russian gov't is harder to say. | ||

Both the FBI and the private company hired to expel the hackers have said the hacks look typical of patterns used by Russian intelligence. It's also a pretty typical MO for Russia lately. But no, they haven't released details on the hacks that were used (obviously, as that would be more or less releasing a how-to on hacking techniques) | ||
