Hm. Im actually very self conscious of potentially being smelly in public, and I'd go with "When around the hole's clear, but wouldn't want to stick my tongue in it".

Ideally though, I take my main bathroom-event in the morning (usually sometime after I wake up) and shower afterwards so I'm the cleanest I can be.

As for what you said... ingrown hairs and stuff..? bleeding? How does that even happen? x_x

I have the lower body of a chimpanzee, and I've never heard of it being that bad. What are you even eating?

As for preserving the wonderful aesthetic of the butt, just wax up to the bottom of your cheeks (stand so you can tell it apart)

Leave your legs, and there you go. Bare butt, forested legs, you'll look even manlier!

Wipe with normal toilet paper and finish off with a baby wipe... How hard is that? It's pretty common actually.

OT: As much as OP reeks of troll I can actually relate to this problem, due to anxiety and nervousness I tend to sometimes sweat around that area, which is why one needs to be 100% clean or it will smell, thing is if you wipe to much it will start to bleed, but use wet paper and then very gently use dry again, it will help a lot.
