Just poop right before you get in the shower each day, and clean up in there. If you have to go sometime after your shower, just hold it in until tomorrow.

My entire ass is hairy (that means my ass cheeks too) and I wont stop wiping until there is no color on the toilet paper besides white. The left, right and middle of my asshole. Baby wipes help a lot.

keep a gardening bucket in your bathroom. Fill it with water when you use the toilet and use that in conjunction with wiping. I've been in houses where people have attached bidet sprays to their toilet. You can mix in mild soap if needed.

I chafe too when I wipe too hard. The solution is to just pack the crack with toilet paper so that the skin doesn't rub on itself. Don't use too much to the point where its heavy and will fall down through the leg of your pants. Use just enough so that the tension between your butt cheeks keep the paper in place. If you're wearing briefs or non-boxers, u can use more since the underwear will keep it from falling. If you use too much though, it might make a noise while you walk.

On a serious note, if you do chafe, just put loads of "Gold Bond Body Powder" (or a similar product) on the chafed area. Works wonders for me.
