Maybe OKC, but Westbrook needs to pass more (highly unlikely), and Ibaka needs some ridiculous games. Harden is a big key if that series comes up. At a stretch LA, if only because the Gasol-Bynum combo, IF they play to their full potential, and thats a giant IF, they can wear down the Spurs front court. Call me a hater, but I can't see Miami competing against the Spurs without Bosh.

We'll see from today's game whether lakers have it in them to emerge out of this series against the the thunder and potentially beat sa, or whether the thunder can end up finally stomping the lakers and showing enough to take down spurs...I agree, spurs showed a whole new level today.

Game 2 & 3 show what happens when you don't have at least one big (competent) man, a guy who can spread the opponent's d apart, and don't have another offensive threat when lbj or wade begin to flag. Chalmers had a great performance last game but it wasn't enough. Unless lbj completely transcends the game with some actually legendary performances and/or wade mans up and starts to get hot, I'm not even sure about their chances to win this series anymore. If they don't take back the home advantage tomorrow, not only will they be screwed for this series but also for the next if they do end up winning 4-3 thanks to the nearly nonexistent downtime. I think people have been overrating Miami all season. They couldn't pass a Rose-less Bulls for the #1 seed, they haven't played great on the road including losing like 6 straight at one point, they're 1-3 against the Celtics, outscored by an average of 8-9 points. People think they should breeze to the finals and people pick them as their favorite to win it all and the only reasoning they give is that "they still have the most talent of any team." It's usually used in a compound sentence like "I know they haven't been particularly impressive recently but they still have the most talent of any team." They cruised to the finals last year and they started great this year but since the all-star break they have been struggling and I'm not sure why. Maybe Wade has been consumed by guilt over breaking Kobe's nose.

Surprisingly low number of rebounds according to the tntdrama thing (4-7 at halftime versus 36-52 or whatever it was for heat v pacers game 3) but lakers really seem to have it together at the halftime mark LOL 3rd quarter cam vote has 34% for troy murphy hahahaha
