For the rest of us, this is an attempt to provide a comprehensive explanation on one particular match. We all know Bisu's 1001% record on PvZ. He owns that matchup. No zerg can even dare look him in the eye. Yet we experienced an unusual and sad event that day. Bisu lost vs zerg. Here, I will thoroughly analyze the tactical, strategic, and holistic conditions and considerations on why a zerg won vs Bisu that day.

Yet he doesn't complain about it in interviews or anywhere else. And his presence energized the team to victory. SK Telecom T1 will be the champion!

I can't believe skt1 fan's are crumbling down now because of bisu losing to a ling run by .It happen's there's nothing much to discuss . Flash losing to ssak and classic ? Who would have thought that it was even possible after all Flash has like 70% win rate in tvt .

Seriously though. That was an awesome build by SK. If the ling rush had failed, he could still have added a few drones to do a hydra bust and seeing as to how close that 1st expo to Bisu's nat, it would still be very doable. ^_^

Why he lost? Bad wall/choke (pylon should have been in-line with the forge and gateway), leading to a wide open choke. That, coupled with only building 1 cannon, and no hold position probes.

He had 0 knowledge of the near hatch. You can't blame him for acting on the limited intel he got from his scouting probe.

I can blame him for that stupid wall. The in-line pylon is standard for Ground Zero PvZ.

i dont know but his probe was around to see that the pool was planted way way after the second overlord and the natural had no hatchery for a long time. surely he must have suspected something was up right..

Sort of funny but mostly meh
Bisu like a lot of protoss simply take a lot of risk early game. He left Soulkey's base without scouting the lair but plenty of gas mined already. He simply assumed lair at the other hatch rather than potential ling speed. Horrible guess on his part.

Why are people assuming it is Flash..TLPD could have a Loss listed for Flash and I would still give him the benefit of the doubt and assume someone messed up the entry.
