Pretty sure BW Maynard plays SC2... and if he's as good in SC2 as he was in BW, the playhem results shouldn't be that surprising.

Huh. I never did think of that, but it makes a lot of sense. But Keynes's name is nowhere near obscure these days.

Also if you look at his game vs non known zerg's he'll pretty much 2 rax every time. Literally every time which if you know any korean top players the top terran korean players say they'll 2 rax a foreigner they don't know of every time because they don't think they are good enough to fend it off.

The real Maynard exists and hangs w some of his old school buddies on bnet. He's a roughly 1000pts masters Zerg nowadays. I can confirm eth playhem Maynard is not the original Warcraft 2 one.

Yea, I'd highly doubt the real Maynard has time to play that many playhems, etc. He's older and is a lawyer... doesn't exactly leave much time for gaming.

Maynard, AKA KGOR. Considering by many to be a prodigy at his time. Career became famous by winning tournaments and being the most creative player next to Agent911 during his time. Played Terran and Zerg as far as I remember. Invented the Maynard transfer which shocked everyone. When the Koreans started to take over the game, many foreigners phased out in terms of relavence, perhaps to play poker. He also played WC3 and was insanely good at the time with orcs, before TFT. Basically one of the first to destroy with Tauren Chieftan first. Was a great shockwave user.
If he was a foreigner playing SC2 full time today, we could probably compare him to Kiwikaki in terms of strategy micro and stephano in terms of success
