TSM continues the trend of picking up EU players I really like. Say what you will about Regi but he sure is willing to make moves.

And all of them since swapping Dyrus for TRM (can't speak to before this since I didn't follow League at the time) have been substantial improvements as well.

Dyrus for TRM, WT for Chaox and Bjergsen for Reginald worked almost perfectly for TSM in different periods of time.
So, now i'm highly interested in will they bring Xpecial back or not.

And it's really seem that next season we might see number close to zero from S1/2 generation. Gambit are on their way, EG guys are on their way, i'm not sure if Fnatic's boys really want to compete more and more and so on. NA is already there, there are only basically Doublelift, Dyrus, Xpecial and Westrice from S1 Worlds, Westrice will retire after CLB gets eliminated, Xpecial is on his way right now, Doublelift, with all my love, i guess will retire as well, if CLG don't make Worlds and Dyrus, well, he might be first one with Xpecial to be on all 4 Worlds.

SHC might be looking for a different support. What's interesting is that LeDuc is the one duoing with Woolite, not Unlimited. So maybe Amazing is bringing him in the end :D ?

If SHC benched Migxa, i don't want to think, how many weeks will wewillfailer have to flame everyone in team.

Failer is going to go hard in the paint on poor mimer and I don't think impaler/failer is going to be a good combo

At this point I'm a little worried about the NA scene and its professional growth when teams are just so willing to pick up imports. If this continues, over half the players in NA LCS will be from outside. Don't get me wrong, I really like teams like LMQ willing to come over here, learn the language, and play the leagues to enter LCS and immerse themselves in the NA scene, or TSM's and CLG's other high profile pickups, but if you want the NA scene to grow, there should probably be a cap to how may foreign imports each team can have. I think 2 is a reasonable number per team.

In long run that may hurt scene pretty hard. Team outside top 3 will need to bring up players from diffrent region to keep up.
Getting into LCS for full NA team is already pretty hard, new players will lack of motivation to improve, since there will be less chance for them to get into pro scene. Soloq will be less competitive / Challenger scene will be even worse then now.

Roccat, SK and Alliance didn't bring players from different regions, but they made top4 in Europe. C9 came out of nowhere and dominated. I'm glad that we just have more and more strong teams, I don't care about EU/NA pride as much as about western pride - as many people pointed out, EU just has a lot more players and we are somewhat restricted by language barriers (all-polish and all-russian teams), so it's only natural that some of these players can look for luck in different regions. CLG Seraph is a weird instance, I really doubt KR-to-NA will become a regular sight. And I just don't see how will having more strong players in solo queue slow the competition, get to CS first and worry about LCS later :p

Sadly this does ruin the EU/NA rivalry since you can't say TSM is strictly an NA team now. 2/5 of their members grew to become where they were at in terms of skill in EU. I'd be more worried about the EU scene than the NA scene. Not sure why people think this hurts the NA scene bringing imports over. Yeah, new NA players don't get to be in LCS but who cares? The scene still gained from these transfers.

I'd be more worried about EU right now. They aren't very popular to begin with, Gambit is a former shell of themselves, and no new teams are marketing their players that well so they go overseas to NA. EU needs to learn to promote their players more so this won't happen.

100% agree with this, the EU vs NA rivalry was really fun but it's kind of ruined now since except for C9 all of the top3 NA teams have foreigners..
Im also worried about EU scene, all of the best players are leaving for NA, if this keeps happening EU will become some kind of 2nd division where only the best will reach 1st division (aka NA).
Concerning NA scene this should motivate both new and old school players to train harder I think it's great. It's also great for the viewers, personally now that Gambit are split up, I'm way more excited to watch NA LCS than EU.

Arguably the best jungler in EU LCS last split, especially strong early game. Highest kill participation out of all EU LCS players I think (like 80%, dont have the most recent stats). Strong mechanics (maybe only surpassed by Shook) but also also very good communication, as confirmed by his team mates. I would rate him above Dexter and below Meteos.

To be fair others might rate him somewhat lower than me.

He has his off-games, but he's very good in general. Was carrying Wolves hard during their winstreak in Weeks 6-7 when he got back-to-back weekly MVP title. Playing almost everything, very good mechanics, decision-making should improve in TSM as well because he doesn't have 2 shitters on sololanes now.

On top of that Scip (our forum challenger jungler) said that Amazing is top3 jungler EU alongside Svenskeren and k0u.

I don't get the NA vs EU rivalry anymore, not only does it seem really shallow at this point, but also with so little international competition it's just stupid. I'm super glad some of my favorite players get to play on better teams, that's it.

Also why would EU teams promote themselves? They care about results, not about money. In fact why do you care about how popular they are and not about how good they are :D ?

Amazing is really good, I kind of consider him a Lee Sin specialist because teams ignored to ban it for a few weeks even after he wrecked game after game with it. He's good on other champs but doesn't nearly have as much impact with them. But hey, tsm, after 4 years, finally have a jungler that has Lee Sin in his pool, so that's already huge for pick/bans. Was just sad that if tsm picked Lee, everyone would knew that it would go to Dyrus and he would play him like shit, as well.

On the other side Amazing was probably CW's worst player in playoffs/relegations, not sure if he had nerves or if it was just bad form.

I don't know, his Xin Zhao against alliance was pretty tight. But yeah he needs to work on his consistency.
