Seems like SCMecca isn't all too handy in their customer help department.

IMO, this witch-hunt needs to stop. Dragging a 3k post TL vet's name through the mud doesn't fly here afaik, and if the mods weren't busy with Blizzcon I could very well seeing this thread getting closed.

Apparently you aren't reading the entire thread, because it's not just "dragging his name through the mud." Multiple people are claiming to have issues with him. Sorry, but Blizzcon shouldn't be a bigger priority than running his business. Let's be real here.

Sounds like the issue is shipping for the cheapest amount possible to slovenia. @PopcornColonel, your statements are defamatory and have no basis. There are infinitely more people who receive their orders from SCM than those who don't. It's the weekend of Blizzcon, I would think that the people of SCM are in California and that's why you're not getting your order. International shipping from Korea is tough. That's why there aren't that many places that will do it. IMO, this witch-hunt needs to stop. Are you saying that people shouldn't complain when their order is processed for over a month and isn't received, and the person they bought it from is not returning e-mails or other forms of contact?

Also there's the fact that having 3k posts doesn't actually mean anything. I can go post in the live report threads like 100 times a night for a few weeks and surpass that 3k posts... it doesn't mean I deserve any more respect lol. Starcraft Mecca has always been run quite poorly, not like a real business. He takes orders, and then after ordering period closes, he orders the shirts from the company that makes them, and then after he receives the shirts he's supposed to mail them out across the world... lol this is silly. If he wants a real business he should order shirts, have them in stock, and ship them out immediately when he gets payment from users.

I think Paypal only give you 45 days (from the day you sent the payment ) to file in a dispute about non delivered good (something like that). I never actually got this kind of problem in online shopping, but I put in my mind, if I don't receive a shipment notification in a week, I will send email to the seller. If still no shipment for another one week for whatever reason, I will ask a refund right away (I don't care about the seller reason anymore, because this is a sign of a bad business between buyer and seller).

What a douche. he is not scamming people it is more like he does not know how to run a company and doesnt have the time to run it, but he made it seem like he did. so when a deal fell through ( OZ orders ) he was slapped with refunds and i am guessing he got a bit greedy and spend most of the money before he actually shipped anything.so now he has to refund thousands of dollars but no bank to actually refund it all. so that leaves people like me (400 dollars ![]() at first it was all good cause he kept in touch via site / pms on TL / emails but lately it has been complete lights out and havent heard of k0re in weeks. and to hear he went to IPL when he owes you 400 dollars is a bit of a slap in the face to say the least.

I don't think it's a witch hunt..it is a guy complaining that he never got the goods he paid for. And I don't think your statement about more people receiving their orders than people who don't is legit either, I know a handful of people who have all ordered stuff from the site and never received it. Some were fortunate enough to receive a refund but for others it has been over a year and no response. Your logic is a little off, I don't think it would matter if the guy had 20k posts or was Nazguuls little brother, if he's ripping people off then it's wrong. If it's not intentional and he has messed up some orders or whatever he needs to be transparent about it and/or respond to people who have given him money.

This is pretty much it. His heart was always in the right place, it's just that his mind wasn't. He's a good guy for sure, but he got into a business and had a business model that was just not a very good idea. Selling team shirts is great, but you should do it right. Buy the shirts first, and then sell them to people... get a business loan if you have to.

And no income means he wont be able to refund anything either which is where we are at now; him not responding anywhere, customers feeling scammed because they have not been refunded yet.
