They even had that whole ordeal where they made us collect potaters to release it faster. And valve is in esports with tf2 cs dota 2 etc.
Portal 2 has nothing to do with esports, whether or not the company that made it does is irrelevent to Portal 2.

That's not true. Last one was not 12 hours ago.

My random thoughts: - won't be signing a sc2 korean because all of this crap saying "if you see it, you won't believe it", and the fact that koreans are being signed left and right - wont be HuK joining EG because having those clips from HuK games (first recording?) is so obvious, I feel like its a red herring
Supporting a BW player being signed to EG: - idra tweeting "it was fun", which sounds to me that he is playfully alluding that a BW pro will come and rip apart SC2 ushering the new age of much better players - fufillls the need of the announcement to be "unbelievable" if the BW player is sufficiently popular and could create the community drama that people have predicted - 4th audioclip suggests a big name signing from the 'underground' but I think signing a BW pro would give the same idea Supporting EG.Yellow --- "The face of the light" = sun = yellow --- "One more game, just one more game" = he retired, starcraft 2 is his one more game --- "Two face, two face, two face" = because joining a foreign team? --- "I will not GG..." - no idea --- "For the fans" - yellow was a fan favourite --- "This is not A" - this is not Project A? --- "pick up a slayer or two" - some speculated that yellow would join slayers
I actually lost faith in this theory as I was writing it.. lol. I think it has to be atleast two signings because there were many references to it being a pair or more. EG. Boxer and EG.Yellow!
HOLY SHIT ITS FLASH!!!!! IdrA saying "it was fun" makes so much sense now. If Flash plays Terran in SC2 it is over. He will be so unbeatable and furthermore him changing to SC2 may convince many other top BW pros to switch. At that point no foreigner will ever stand a chance. But far more plausible Idra's statement "it was fun" is a reference to him breaking up with his girlfriend. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
It was in response to SirScoots saying gg I believe. Might be reversed order.

Yes, Killer & Huk have to fly out for IEM. Blizzard kind of messed up the group with having the Blizzcon stuff happening this weekend for NA.
At least, it's been said a few places it was prerecorded by a bit.

I mean, as soon as a clip drops people find two random games of huk playing. The community is what is making this so ridiculous.
Not that I'm saying its bad, I love this stuff

this makes sense being that 4 was released twelve hours before the clock hits zero. but 3 and 4 were only 7 hours apart. 2 and 3 were somewhere around 7 aswell(not sure though).

The hype here is kinda like the hype that followed Killzone 2 up until its release.
Killzone 2 didn't live up to expectations.
