No.... because most ppl might not like the news. People won't be mad at the hints and clues, it's the final result that will get ppl riled up.

Theories: - Nothing screams cool kid coding like latin and distorted audio. - Backwards text is an efficient form of hiding data. - EG members find this highly amusing and are trolling people. - md5 hashes are very important.
About the actual announcement: Personally I feel the EGtGun theory has the most weight behind it. Just translate the 5th paragraph from Idra's first interview to latin, let google translate translate latin-> greek-> spanish -> latin. Write the first half of this text backwards and replace q with g, rot13 the whole thing and take md5. It should now be obvious.

NOt to say this will happen but liquid huk for egidra would be a legitimate trade off. oh man didnt think of that. that would be too insane. but then again people are saying that this news could bring down the interwebs... Huk being signed by EG will legit blow up this site. EG-Puma would pale in comparison.
Which is fucking sad honestly. It's up to HuK whether he wants to join or not (if he even is, I'm not going to speculate anything with this tiny amount of information).

I have not checked in for awhile...does not seem to be much in developments if we are still arguing over Huk. =)

Cool story bro. Good to know you're a fair weather fan of Huk then, because his real fans wouldn't care and would support the guy in a big decision like this.
And, no, more people are not "with you" in feeling this way.

Not that I confirm nor deny that it might be HuK, HuK is more valuable because he's not Korean. HuK's certainly improved and with him comes a huge following of fans.
not to mention there isn't even remotely "dozens" of korean protosses who are better
can't even count the better korean protosses with one hand

+1 internetz. Cmon people, respect the players decisions. If this is true and Huk signs with EG it's for a reason. More money maybe? All you hipster dudes and your "Awww they went mainstream so I don't like them anymore" attitudes need to grow the F up and be happy that your fav player/team is doing better and succeeding. Every one of you would take more money to continue doing what you love.

Going back to Lebron signing with Miami. Everyone was primed for "The Decision", check out the backlash. Not saying this is exactly the same as that, but just saying that when you have this BIG announcement, there tends to be radical responses.

I honestly don't understand why so many people are getting upset that EGHuk might happen. I mean, do you you honestly expect a player to stay on one team for their entire careers? Players can change teams whenever they want, and that should be completely the players decision. So many people are saying "there is no reason for Huk to change teams" You don't know what Huk is experiencing in Korea, you don't know if he really enjoys his team. And besides the point, what do you really think would motivate a player to change teams. I'll tell you, it's money. Professional players play the game for money, and if some one is offering you more money than you are being paid right now, chances are they are going to accept that offer.
If this is really EG'Huk, I don't see why there should be much drama around it at all.

Im not a big fan of Huk, but I would legit dislike him for moving to EG.
EG's goal is to be the best team in the foreigner scene (which they are far from being), whereas HuK is already above and beyond the foreigner scene. Any move back would be heavily retrograde in his career progression and goals, and soley a money-motivated thing.
And whilst I wish him well in his financial gains, my heart goes out to people like Naniwa who see the money as secondary to being the best sc2 player they can be. Not to people throwing away a Korean pro-gamer house to wither away in the US for a paycheck.
