More exactly those things seems to be almost 100% confirmed: A bomb exploded in front of the ministry of state. A man shot several people at a political youth camp for arbeiterpartiet (for americans: Its like a camp for young democrats(it is a large leftmiddle party in Norway)). The state minister should have spoken tomorrow at the youth camp. Pretty sure informations from police and witnesses: The shooter was a blond 185-190 cm norwegean man. He was wearing a blue jumper with an official-looking police badge. A van was seen in front of the ministy before the explotion and is speculated to be the carrier of the bomb. The man from the bomb-site was likely the shooter. Speculations: The attack was very professionally executed and it would seem likely that the guy had some help in the earlier phases. The police however is working with a theory of him being alone in at least the execution fase. There doesn't seem to be one clear reason for the attacks however; war in Afghanistan and Libya, printing of Mohammed drawings, environmental policies, imprisoned people, nobel prize winners and foreign policies(think far rightwing) have all been suggested as the primary cause. However I don't think it is necessary one of those reasons per se. | ||
