So I was playing a 2v2 after several months off SC with my friend when this guy c0ke (yellow zerg) starts talking about how he made winbot, other bots, homobot, etc. So I tell him; good for you!
So the game continues, then all of a sudden at 4:50 my rines start shooting each other. Well the first thing I thought was, fuck, c0ke is doing this, so I try to stop the rines but they eventually kill each other.
My SCVs start attacking, everything does. When I hover my cursor over my stuff it's red like what you get when you hover it over an enemy unit. My friend tells me that I unallied him, etc, and he leaves.
I confront c0ke about this and he says BNet made an anti-maphack patch or whatever so thats why my units are killing each other (bullshit).

I have done some test with my friend and sometimes the replay is corrupted and some times it's not. Usually it is corrupted has something like ''illegall'' happen and it all fuck up ( like trying to watch a 1.10 replay where you slide CC in BW 1.11)

Possible, but the unallying oneself's units is found in the maphack, so it I think it rules out as a possibility because the innocent person won't be using a hack.

Actually, the program that targets maphackers targets a specific maphack that has a backdoor: it causes the maphacker to unally himself if he receives a particular message in game or via BNet. So really, it's the maphacking program itself that makes the player unally him/herself. Thus, it is not equally plausible for a program to be able to do this to any innocent person  .

no, it cant. It works one way, the maphack that you willingly ran while playing SC has a big door that penguin plug triggers. penguin plug does absolutely nothing more, your hack is what made you auto unally. stop maphacking you newbie faggot

What I'm saying is, Cyborg seems like a decent guy. He types the english language quite well, so rather than ostracizing him, why don't we actually try being helpful!
Cyborg, being a maphacker is sort of like being that one asshole you knew in 6th grade that would insist on being the banker and constantly slip himself free cash in Monopoly. It's CHEATING.
Here's my advice: Make an abundance of worker units and send 1 out every once in a while, to look at areas of the map for you, rather than maphacking. You'll find that you're given much of the advantages of maphacking, at the cost of a couple of minerals every few minutes. And you get to keep your dignity!

there is a very little window of opportunity that c0ke used other (new?) hack, however I think that the creator of the thread just maphacked.
self unallying can be applied to computer in ums, so there are probably more ways to do it

Nowdays the anti-cheat method is not very efficient because peoples started to use some other maphacks and i cant do anything against this. But if a guy just come back from vacations and re-start playing using his old maphack, it can lead to funny threads like this one

I remember one time on a different forum some guy was complaining about how his opponent was hacking and posted the replay, and in the replay the guy who posted it used comsat scans on someone who had turned on shared vision with him several minutes before hand.
It's bad enough to get caught hacking, but getting caught by trying to accuse someone else is far worse (but far more humorous for everyone else!).

Why shouldn't we trust Penguin Plug? It has no false positives; it can't have them due to the way it works.

I think you should read the FAQ and the readme because you dont understand everything. I have wrote in it that there is also this other cheating tool that can detect the same maphack by exploiting the same backdoor. this other cheating tool dont have any exploitable backdoor from what i could check (well, i imagined a method to detect it but it's to complicated to code and to use so i rather wait 1.12). For your information, i have nothing in common with those cheat programmers, i never asked the help of a cheater to know how to exploit the backdoor, i exploited the backdoor with some reverse engeenering on the maphack. I didnt had the other private cheating tool at this time, but i knew it existed that's why i had the idea of trying to find the backdoor.
The fact a cheating tool exist to detect an other cheating tool doesnt change the problem of legit players : how can a non cheater detect some cheaters ? the answer is penguinplug. It doesnt detect everything but it works. And it's not "a copy of a cheating tool".

The only reason the Americans want to invade Iran is because they dont want to ship their army back to the U.S.,so while they're in the region,they might change every country's habits.
