Clearly you dont know ANYTHING at all about professional gaming in general and starcraft II especially...
First of all there is the concern that players could lag if there are observers/casters in the game and Second, if you cast live, have you ever considered the fact that one of the players could be watching on a second monitor or have a friend doing it for them?

Clearly you don't know anything about professional sport (includes e-sport i guess?).
There can be pros because of the sponsors who r willing to pay the teams because they want there names/products 2 be seen... by the fans.
But fans won't watch an unattractive recorded game (sure, some would even watch the CL final as a "replay"...). Supporting a team or a player makes not that much sense, if he has already lost or won. It's not exciting.
So there will ne less fans, less sponsors, lower games. Guess we all don't want that.
The problems you named r real ones. And there has to be a solution for sure. But it's not that one.
