When I run sc2.exe it just opens up my old version, and when I run BLizzard Downloader it says nothing to Download?

How do I get it to download this? [I'm EU]

As far as I can tell, the only visible changes w/o logging in are the changes under options and the sound effects for clicking on buttons. Music is still the same.

I already faked my own death so no work this week.

(possible legal issues the following week)

May as well make my user name the same as my social security number since I won't be needing that anymore. And probably saves time because I'm sure that will be a new post-release feature update requirement to stop trolling.
