well, it looks like they added new patch notes arleady, you can check yourself by patching downgraded version of sc2. | ||

It's just that certain people accounts have been changed to US accounts instead. You can check this by typing in a fake email and you will get to the password screen, if you type in your normal email and you don't get to the password screen before the "outage" message comes up then your account is now a US account. In any case, I think this means that it's just not ready or there's some technical patching trouble that has cropped up that Blizzard has to fix at their end. | ||
