The end of work day in the us is 5 PM, that is 6 hours since the announcement, so 2AM So best case scenario the beta will be up at 2 in the morning european time "Late in the evening" would be around 11PM US time, so 12 hours from when they made the announcement. Worst case scenario, it will be up at 8 AM euro time | ||
