Me and my sister have enjoyed the StarCraft community's efforts for years and have decided to start giving back.
I float around the top of plat division 10 and you might remember my sister from Vespene Laughs if "A is for Armory" rings a bell. As our experience in commentating and playing grows we'll likely branch into some more serious commentary--at the moment our style is more light-hearted. Until then, come not looking for analysis but instead for good times.
Edit - Haha, looks like links aren't appreciated here. My bad -- our goal wasn't to steal ppl away from TL or to spam for hits. If the T-shirt was offensive I'll gladly remove it, otherwise I'll assume it's a general faux pas to self-link to non-established StarCraft sites -- interested people can probably guess our YouTube channel or website address.

You can test this vs a friend by trying any zealot tight wall (if you think it is atleast) and have the zerg spam right click past it with only a few lings per zealot and watch as they mysteriously walk up past it and into your base.

Not saying this is untrue, but it hasn't been my experience. I'm not saying I haven't died to a 10 pool or 6 pool or whatever, but I've definitely used 1 zealot at the choke to prevent lings from running in on many occasions. Likely what you're seeing is a poorly designed choke that actually is bigger than the 1 square because there's probably also a diagonal spot the zerlings can squeeze through.
Anyway, add 3 probes behind your zealot and there's definitely no way the lings are getting in.

actually i think workers are a LOT better at defending than in sc1, the only downfall being that they arent lower priority than other attacking units now, so your probes get raped if ur trying to use them as a wall for stalkers or w/e
