Its bisu and stork who hotkey nexuses 4.
Its reach and ra that do 0 as nexus.
Honestly it can be argued both ways its not that important. Its just personal preference. Jangbi hotkeys his 1 best hotkeys it 2. Do you see them being handcapped because their nexus is far from the p key? Nony clicks to make probes and do you see him losing because of it?

Thats because he used to be T I think. I am a race picker and I play all 3 races, so when I play toss I use 4 for nexus because its easier to adapt when playing 2 other races with similar hotkey set up.
